Pricing and Products
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Products may vary from the ones illustrated. Lambley Aquatics reserves the right to substitute a product for a similar or better one when necessary. All sizes and specifications are approximate guidelines and supplied by manufacturers.
If you prefer not to pay over the internet please call us on 01159 676 100 and we can process your order by telephone using any of the major credit or debit cards.
Delivery and Title
Delivery is free on all orders over £60 to most mainland UK addresses (excluding aquariums - please contact us for details). For offshore islands and Scottish Highlands please confirm charges before ordering. There will be a postage and packing charge of £6.95 for orders under £60.
We carry large amounts of stock and endeavour to dispatch goods on the same day where orders are placed by 12 noon GMT. Our standard delivery service is 5 working days although we can offer next day delivery on stock items as an optional extra. Please note that orders placed on a Friday with this service will arrive Monday.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure signature on delivery. Claims for shortages cannot be accepted unless goods are signed for. Please inspect your order immediately. Do not sign for unchecked goods as Lambley Aquatics cannot be responsible for damaged goods already signed for. Damages, shortages or goods deemed to be faulty upon delivery must be notified to Lambley Aquatics within 48 hours of receipt. Claims after this period cannot be accepted.
Lambley Aquatics accepts no liability or responsibility for consequential loss or damage caused by goods damaged or delayed during delivery.
All goods remain the property of Lambley Aquatics until paid for in full. English Law applies to all transactions.
Cancellation and Returns
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order, in writing, at any time up to the 10th day after the day on which you receive your purchase. If you
exercise your statutory right to cancel you must immediately return to us, unused and at your cost, any item you do not wish to keep for a full refund. After this time a credit note may be offered at the discretion of Lambley Aquatics.
If you have notified us within 48 hours of a problem with any item you have ordered it may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Lambley Aquatics reserves the right to repair or replace any damaged item.
Goods Out Of Stock
We will notify you of any goods out of stock and you will have the option to either cancel your order or wait for delivery.
Faulty Stock Under Warranty
Please contact Lambley Aquatics for advice on action to be taken for individual instances.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you may wish to lodge a complaint please contact the Manager. We endeavour to respond to all complaints in a fair and professional manner within 5 working days.
