Please have ready details of your order, delivery address, card number, expiry date and, if applicable, issue number. Orders can be placed by post using the above payment methods or alternatively we can accept building society cheques, personal cheques and postal orders. Personal cheques require 7 days clearance. Delivery Delivery is £5.95 to most mainland UK addresses. For offshore islands and Scottish Highlands please confirm delivery charges when ordering. We carry large amounts of stock and endeavour to dispatch goods on the same day where possible (please allow for cheque clearance). Our standard delivery service is five to seven working days. However, as an optional extra, we can offer 48 hour delivery or 24 hour delivery for items in stock. Terms and Conditions Delivery and Title Most orders will be dispatched from stock with standard delivery being 5-7 working days. However, any non-stock items may be dispatched up to 14 days from ordering. Any exception to this will be notified on ordering. All goods remain the property of Lambley Aquatics until paid for in full. Damages, shortages or goods deemed to be faulty upon delivery must be notified to Lambley Aquatics within 48 hours of receipt. Claims after this period cannot be accepted. Lambley Aquatics accepts no liability or responsibility for consequential loss or damage caused by goods damaged or delayed during delivery. Cancellation and Returns If you have notified us of a problem with any item you have ordered it may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order, in writing, at any time up to the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase. If you exercise your statutory right to cancel you must immediately return to us, unused and at your cost, any item you do not wish to keep. Faulty Stock Under Warranty Please contact Lambley Aquatics for advice on action to be taken for individual instances. Data Protection Any personal information will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Lambley Aquatics may retain your details to provide you with information on special offers or associated products.
