Calculating Liner Size
The easiest method is the old fashioned way. Simply take a ball of string and pin the end at ground level at one end of the pond, allowing for overlap, then lay the string down the sides and through the bottom of the pond at its longest point and up the other side. Measure the string. Repeat the process for the widest part of the pond. This gives you the length and width of the liner.
You must also make allowance for any overlap you need for bedding edging stones or rocks. we recommend a minimum half metre or 18" all the way round.
